How do I track my order?

Once your item has shipped you will receive a email with your tacking information. All orders are Shipped via United States Postal Service.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are pre order and take 7-10 days before shipping. 

What are your delivery options?

All orders ship Priority 2-4  Days (domestic only). Please allow extra time for shipping around Holiday Seasons. International order can take 7-10 Shipping days.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, We Ship Worldwide.

At this time, Ashes2Ashes does not offer refunds. As a lover of vintage, I just have an understanding that all pieces will not be perfect. But as a vendor, I totally get that amazing feeling of getting that lovely pristine item. So, I do my best to offer you the best of both worlds. Some items have little defaults, some things may have a different fit than you expected... please, I invite you to ask all and any questions! Which I would be happy to answer within 24hrs.
